Quick and smart refurbishment in Redhill

The upper floor of the car park of the Betchworth House in Redhill needs refurbishment. When renovating, it is important that the installation time is short and that there is as little inconvenience as possible for users. The Zoontjens Pardak® system was a perfect answer to these requirements.

Betchworth House is a prominent town centre office building in central Redhill. The property provides modern, open plan office accommodation and the available space has recently been refurbished to include air heating/cooling and suspended ceilings with modern lighting. Betchworth House is located in Redhill town centre within easy walking distance of Redhill train station. The offices are provided with generous onsite parking provision.

Refurbishment
The upper floor of the parking spots needed refurbishment, with new waterproofing and a new parking surface. Choosing materials and systems that can be applied flexibly, guarantees that companies can continue their business uninterrupted as much as possible.
