Zoontjens Project Nominated for UK Roofing Awards 2025!

The UK Roofing Awards celebrate excellence in roofing and waterproofing across the country. We are proud that our Weston-Super-Mare rooftop refurbishment project has been nominated!

Recognising excellence in craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration, these prestigious awards highlight the best in the industry. Being nominated is a testament to quality workmanship and dedication to delivering top-tier roofing solutions.

Transforming a tired rooftop into a vibrant space
In collaboration with Bridgman & Bridgman and Weatherproofing Advisors Ltd, we helped minimise disruption for local residents, ensuring their voices were heard. Special care was taken to relocate cherished plants, allowing them to return after the works. Designed by Tessa Tricks, the project transformed a tired rooftop into a bright, inviting space.

Rooftop paving solution
Our Dreen®Nxt slabs in Light Grey with a Pepper centrepiece were expertly installed by Tolly Paving, ensuring durability and aesthetics. Despite challenges, the work was completed on time, while keeping the live shopping centre operational.

Award show
This project is nominated in the Green Roofing section. We are honoured by this nomination and look forward to the UK Roofing Awards ceremony, which will be held on 9^th of May! Exciting!
