Supermarket AD Delhaize in Humbeek added 840 m² of new shop space. This expansion raises the total store area to 2240 m². The renovation not only created more sales space but also had a positive influence on the number of parking spaces.
The existing building had already been equipped with rooftop parking based on the Pardak® 90 system from Zoontjens. The roof of the new building has been fitted with Pardak®110. For the transition from the old to the new parking roof, Zoontjens created a ramp by reusing part of the old Pardak®90 slabs in an innovative application.
