The recently refurbished Bletchworth House, Redhill, is a typical late 20th century office block with commercial accommodation. As you would expect in town centre locations, parking is at a premium, and a considerable benefit to the tenants of the property.

The rear car park, constructed at the same time as the offices was in need of refurbishment, but, as is usually the case with car parks and their constant use, closing the area of a prolonged period is difficult for the tenants and facilities management team.
Quick and smart
Zoontjens Pardak Rooftop Car Park solution is a rapidly installed modular paving system which sits on top of the waterproofing or insulation, protecting the membrane and providing a durable, hardwearing trafficable surface. The size of the car park, approximately 600sqm, meant that the Zoontjens installation team could set up, install and depart within a week after the waterproofing was complete. We ran this project together with our partners StuctureCare and Tolly Paving.
