BMW
Jette

A brand new premises was built for the Gregoir BMW dealership in the town of Jette, to the northwest of Brussels. An investment in state-of-the-art technology, a GOLD certificate for the green audit, and a multifunctional roof means that the company is completely ready for the future.

RAISING CAPACITY AND SUSTAINABILITY LEVELS

“Our old premises had become worse for wear and no longer complied with current standards. However, we could buy some land next to the building and this enabled us to enlarge our site and improve our sustainability. We’re now entirely CO2 neutral: we heat and cool without any CO2 emissions. Not only that, but we’ve been awarded the GOLD certificate for the green audit!,” says Operations Director Fabrice Beerens.

MAKING OPTIMUM USE OF THE AVAILABLE AREA

“Land is scarce in Brussels and expensive. We’ve therefore opted to make optimum use of the available surface area. For example, we’ve built two more storeys down into the ground to create extra underground parking space. We’ve also constructed a car park on the roof which we’re mainly using to display our stock of cars. But it also offers a wonderful view of Brussels!”

GREAT, PRACTICAL SPACE

“We’ve also created some space on the roof for having lunch outdoors. This space is also suitable for organising after work sessions or any other occasional events. It’s actually been turned into a great and practical bit of multifunctional extra space.”
