The Dormio Resort in Maastricht has recently been fully completed. The last additions were 24 apartments, a tower-type house and luxury spa facilities. With an ample rooftop terrace!
EXTRA FEATURES IN THE RESORT
The resort was designed as one complex, by Zweede Architectuur and Factor Architecten, and was constructed in brickwork of one colour. Van Wijnen was the general contractor for this project. The addition of these extra features has made the resort even more complete.
AWESOME VIEWS
The spa is constructed as a kind of U-shape with several saunas situated around a beautiful garden. The garden features a swimming pool with a sunbathing area. There is a spacious and luxurious restaurant on the first floor. There is, of course, also an outdoor area in the form of a large rooftop terrace where people can enjoy lovely food and great views and can access the outdoor pool.
BEAUTIFUL COLOUR SHADES
Zoontjens Dreen®Nxt was used to construct the rooftop terrace of the spa, and the rooftop terraces of the apartments and the tower house. Its attractive dark concrete colour perfectly matches with the wood that is a recurring feature.
