The fixplate lock system ensures a stable walking surface on rooftop terraces with slabs, which prevents wind lift up.
WHAT IS THE FIXPLATE LOCK SYSTEM?
With the fixplate lock system you can create a stable walking surface with slabs, which prevents wind lift up, but the slabs are still removable. The slabs are attached to the underlying fixplate lock system with removable corner pieces. This element fixes and locks the slabs into position, but because it is a demountable system the waterproofing remains accessible (if necessary). The system also ensures straight joints between the slabs.
RAISED ROOFTOP TERRACE
The rooftop terrace can be raised to the required height with the adjustable pedestal system. The adjustable pedestal system consists of an adjustable base with height rings and a fixplate lock. The fixplate lock element is mounted on top of both systems and the Dreen®Ceramica slabs are positioned and fixed on this top element. Both systems guarantee a level rooftop terrace. At the edges, the special edge zone system ensures stability and good support and containment of the slabs.
