Serviced offices
20 Old Bailey was built in the 1980s and renovated in 2017 with 2 new stories added. It is rented commercial office space with Barings Bank being the largest tenant. The sleek, light-filled space near St Pauls Cathedral, makes it a popular place.
Extensively renovation
On floors 7 and 9 you’ll find some stunning rooftop terraces. Recently the roof area has been extensively renovated with re-waterproofing and new rooftop paving. Westwood Liquid Technologies did the waterproofing being Ifield and Barrat. Academy Consulting chose the Dreen®Ceramica of Zoontjens because of the high quality finish along with its unique fixplate lock pedestal designed to prevent wind uplift.
Complete make-over
In both cases the two terraces cover about 650 square meters. In a couple of months the 60×60 cm porcelain rooftop paving slabs were installed, which gave the two rooftop terraces a complete make-over. Decorated with flowering plants and framed by the London skyline, the view of St. Paul’s completes it.
